Ordering & Shipping


Q: Where do you ship from? A: All our items are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Please allow 15-30 business days for delivery after your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. You can track your package using the number we provide.

Q: Which countries do you ship to? A: We currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import fees? A: For orders shipped to the UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand, customers are generally not charged import fees or taxes on low-value goods. For orders to Canada, customs fees may occasionally be applied by CBSA, but this is uncommon for lower-value packages. Please note that any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as we have no control over these charges.


Product Compatibility

A: We accept returns and offer refunds only for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrectly ordered items (e.g., wrong size or color chosen). Please see our full Returns Policy for complete details.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do? A: We're sorry to hear that! Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/video of the damaged product and its packaging. We will review your case and guide you through the process for a replacement or refund.
